Analysis - Compare and contrast ones own planet to that of another students.
Media usedused:
Reserve laptop
...
lab for projectsresearch
Internet
Using the internet students will choose one of the planets we discussed in class, find its size, and create a real life model using recycled materials.
...
Evaluate and Revise.
How it went. What worked. What should be revised?

This website Solar System Scope is an interactive tool for visually observing the solar system. It allows students to zoom in on a variety of planets and stars. It allows for a fantastic spatial representation of the planets and their distances to the sun as well as to other planets. It is a really neat learning tool!
